Evaluation of the Influence of De-sanding (Recycling System) Process on the Pile Bearing Capacity Using Full Scale Models

The present study investigates the effect of de-sanding (recycling system) on bearing capacity bored piles. Full-scale models were conducted two groups piles, first group was implemented without using this system, and second recycling system. All piles tested by static load test, considering time factor for which implemented. test results indicated a significant clear difference in when use system led to increase 50% or more. Thus it possible reduce pile length (15 % more) thus, implementation costs significantly reduced. Furthermore, casting is used less than that did not (approximately half an hour per pile), amount concrete greater average 2 cubic meters each pile.
